These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ironwood Equipment LLC, operated by Ironwood Equipment LLC, and any purchase you make through our website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Ordering & acceptance

Placing an order or requesting a quote is an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by emailing an itemized invoice with payment instructions (and, for freight items, a delivery quote). A binding sale is formed once we accept your order and payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any amount paid.

Pricing & payment

Product prices are shown on the site in the region's currency. Oversized items ship by freight; delivery is quoted to your address and added to your invoice before payment. Applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. Payment is made by the methods described on our Payment Terms page, due within the stated terms. Orders ship after payment is received and confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery timing and arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Freight deliveries may require the customer to assist with unloading or to have suitable access at the delivery site. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Product information

We work to describe products accurately, but specifications, availability, and pricing may change and occasional errors can occur. Images are representative. If a product materially differs from its description, your remedy is governed by our returns policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site is owned by Ironwood Equipment LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability
