Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel an order with Ironwood Equipment LLC before it ships and what happens to custom or made-to-order items. Cancelling is simple for in-stock orders, but items already in production have different rules, which we explain clearly below.

Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel most in-stock orders at no charge as long as the item has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at sales@ironwoodequipus.com or sales@ironwoodequipus.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy once it arrives.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-built, made-to-order, and customer-configured items can be cancelled without charge only before production begins. Once fabrication or configuration has started, these items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded, because they are built specifically for you.
If you are unsure whether production has begun, contact us right away and we will check the status of your order.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
When we accept a cancellation, we refund the amount charged to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed; the time for the credit to post depends on your bank or card issuer.
If we cancel an order on our side, for example due to unavailability, a pricing error, or a delayed shipment you did not consent to, we refund the full amount charged.
Delayed Shipments
If we cannot ship your order within the stated time or within 30 days and you do not consent to the delay, you may cancel for a full refund, consistent with our Shipping Policy and the FTC Mail, Internet, and Telephone Order Rule.
