Overview
The Car Mate 7 x 16 Avalanche is a tandem-axle V-nose enclosed cargo trailer built on a tubular steel frame with a one-piece aluminum roof and a screwless aluminum exterior. It carries an 80" wide by 16-foot box plus a 20" slant V-nose, with 12" of added height opening up an 84" interior ceiling for tall gear. It rides on two 3,500 lb Dexter torsion axles for a 7,000 lb GVWR, with electric brakes, 205/75R15 radials, and aluminum wheels. Loading is handled through a 78" wide rear ramp door plus a 35" side door, over a 3/4" plywood floor. It is well suited to motorcycles, ATVs, contractor gear, and general enclosed hauling. It comes with a clean title and one spare tire, and the trailer floor is in good condition.
